Mr. Jia Fangzhou, a renowned art critic and academic advisor for three editions of the China International Import Expo, mentioned in his speech that the development of art has always been closely related to technological changes. In history, the emergence of photography triggered the first crisis in painting, forcing art to move from representation to expression, from realism to abstraction; The rise of the consumer society has brought art into a "post historical" stage, and traditional definitions and evaluation standards of art are facing disintegration. Today, the rapid development of artificial intelligence and digital technology once again poses fundamental challenges to the originality, expression, and value of art. This is the third historic turning point that art is facing. And it is precisely in this challenge that there is an opportunity for the transformation of artistic paradigms. Therefore, he believes that the continued holding of the Smart Art Expo is a response to this era's proposition, and its forward-looking exploration not only has important practical significance, but also has the potential to become an important platform for promoting art to a new stage.

Mou Wenhu, the founding president of Sichuan Digital Media Art Association, stated in his speech that the development of art cannot stop at the updating of forms, but also needs to respond to the deep driving forces of technological revolution and cultural change. He pointed out that currently Sichuan regards "artificial intelligence" as the "number one innovation project", focusing on the deep integration of technology and industry. Chengdu has laid out supercomputing and intelligent computing centers, cultivating phenomenon level cultural products with international influence such as "Ne Zha" and "King of Glory", forming a good industrial foundation and innovation ecology. These policy advantages and technological accumulation not only provide fertile soil for the development of digital art, but also bring good opportunities for the growth and breakthroughs of the Digital Expo.

Mr. Yishan, the chief curator of the 3rd Smart Art Expo, shared important views on smart art. He believes that artificial intelligence, as a "universal technology," is comprehensively changing our production, lifestyle, and cultural expression. After entering the field of art, a new form of art naturally emerged; Secondly, the development of AI technology has made artistic creation more convenient, and more and more non professional groups can participate. The concept of "everyone can be an artist" is gradually becoming a reality. Finally, he specifically mentioned that in the collection of works, on the one hand, advanced digital technology is encouraged to tell Chinese stories well and showcase excellent traditional Chinese culture; On the other hand, it also encourages the use of the most advanced digital technology to express new themes that break conventions and explore beyond human experience, promoting the continuous expansion of artistic creation into the unknown.

With the development of "digital art" gradually shifting from peripheral experiments to academic mainstream and public cognition, the holding of the third Digital Art Expo will not only further stimulate creative vitality and promote industrial integration, but also become a collective response of the art interface to future opportunities and challenges under the background of national cultural strategy. In the name of digital intelligence, this expo invites artists, scholars, and audiences to witness the new language of the times under the integration of technology and art, and further explore more possibilities for the symbiosis of digital intelligence and art to empower new business models.
